| Clear Rule Violation | If a trade or move clearly breaks one of the published rules (Collusion, No Impeding Other Managers, One Team Per Manager, No Roster Dumping), it gets vetoed. When announcing the decision, state exactly which rule was broken and briefly explain how the move crossed the line. Managers deserve a specific reason, not just a vague "this got vetoed." |
| Gray Area | Sometimes a move doesn't clearly break a written rule, but still feels wrong. No single commissioner decides these alone. The situation gets brought to all three commissioners and settled by majority ruling. If the majority votes to reverse it, the move is reversed "for the integrity of the league" rather than tied to a specific rule, since it wasn't a clean-cut violation. |
| No Violation, No Concern | If a move doesn't break a rule and doesn't hold up as a real gray-area concern once discussed, it gets upheld. Outside noise or complaints from other managers alone shouldn't pressure a reversal when nothing was actually done wrong. |
| New Rules & Rule Changes | Adding a new rule or changing an existing one follows the same process as a gray-area ruling: it's discussed among all three commissioners and decided by majority vote. No single commissioner can add or change a rule on their own. |
